Covers repair and replacement of manufacturing defects but will not help with accidents, drops, spills, floods, fires or other natural disasters and damage caused by repairs or upgrades attempted by any unauthorized person. It will not help with defective parts that are deemed consumable, such as batteries, and won’t cover cosmetic damage or damages caused by other products, including any cables, mice or other third-party accessories that are attached to the device. Any acts of nature or external forces are expressly not covered. Replacement of a product or product parts with either the same item or one of comparable specifications is covered. We also offer a refund of the cost of the product minus depreciation if it is determined that the item cannot be repaired or if the customer opts for a refund rather than repair. The warranty must be activated and the device must be registered with HAJAAN to receive coverage. Shipping Cost: You must ship the product to HAJAAN at your own expense for warranty service. The company will return the repaired product to you at no cost.
Limited manufacturer’s warranty provided by HAJAAN to the original purchaser. The duration of the warranty depends on the product. ” Wear-and-tear” items like Palm Pads, Keycaps, and the Pivot Tether are not covered. Products purchased as “owned but unopened”, “like new”, “used”, “open box”, “warehouse deals” are not eligible for Warranty coverage.
The battery warranty is related to the hardware invoice date. You may be asked to provide the serial number of the battery which will correspond to this date range.

* warranty claim can be denied if customer does not perform troubleshooting steps instructed by HAJAAN.
* warranty claim can be denied if customer fails to ensure proper packaging of the device resulting in damage during transit.
* warranty claim can be denied if device has signs of damage caused by a mishandle or misuse.
* warranty claim can be denied if the customer insists on returning customizations, such as stickers, privacy screen filters, etc.
If, for the first 30 days after you take delivery of your system there happens to be a problem, we will cover all ground shipping costs associated with your issue. After that we will pay for one-way shipping.
HAJAAN offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our systems. You can return the system if not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving HAJAAN products and or from the date of delivery signature specified by tracking number. All systems returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs and any custom work including paint are not refundable, and we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Orders over $5000 and orders that have been financed are not eligible for return. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by its original packaging, accessories and manuals. You must contact HAJAAN customer support for an RMA# prior to return of merchandise. We ask that you make sure when you place your order that you have educated yourself on the products by contacting a HAJAAN sales representative and realize what you are ordering is may not be changed once the order has gone into production. 5% Service fee on all canceled processed orders even if the order hasn’t shipped.
HAJAAN guarantees that the PC will be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of one year for labor and one year for parts from the date of the original purchase. HAJAAN has the sole discretion in determining whether a PC is covered under the warranty for labor and/or warranty for parts. Should the PC prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or material as reasonably determined by HAJAAN. HAJAAN agrees, at its option, to either repair or replace the PC free of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges. HAJAAN is not responsible for any software or data installed on the PC that was not originally supplied by HAJAAN. HAJAAN is not responsible for the support of third party programs. HAJAAN will offer best effort support, but will reserve the right to refer to the appropriate third party support where appropriate. This warranty does not cover software, hardware, external devices, accessories or other parts added to a system after the system is shipped from HAJAAN.
The Warranty covers only HAJAAN products purchased by the original consumers.
To receive warranty service on your product, you must submit a request via HAJAAN Support site to address the problem. If a technician deems the product defective or requiring testing, you will be required to provide a copy of your proof of purchase to submit an RMA request. Once approved, you`ll receive an RMA number, upon which you will be asked to ship the defective item back to HAJAAN with the RMA number marked or labeled on the package. HAJAAN recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping.
